The video was shot by someone who calls himself "The Cockroach Hunter" and that the San Diego Police Department has identified as a Minutemen vigilante. The video is shot at night with an infrared scope. Pay closed attention to the victim as he walks behind a large rock on top of the hill. As the vigilante yells out "Hey puto!", the victim emerges to see who yelled and the vigilante fires his rifle.
