That's cool... sometimes we got to take it light... there is so much to...

BE... FEEL... THINK... DO... TRANSFORM...

It is night here... quiet.. homeless SAFE GROUND Camp got broken up

by the cops earier Saturday evening... a rifle show away from here...
one block up... watchers watching the watchers...

One good cultural trait... there are not that many homeless Mexicanos or

Chicanos I see at the Salvation Army Shelter I work at.. there is the remaining

strength of the Mexican family... plus a tendency in 'our Chi-Mex' culture

to be co-dependent ~ which has negative and positive qualities.

Sometimes our own false pride prevents us from asking strangers for help...

The ideal is to encourage independent living, yet knowing that we are all

ultimately dependent beings in many natural ways... air, water, familia...

Sleep well carnal... it is protracted war... tomorrow is a brand new day!

I have been more into vitamins and herbal supplements as part of my

overall healing process... spiritual growth... expanding consciousness...

Many wounds... hidden and seen... deep scars upon the soul... here we are

of a people with the greatest potential to transform the world wondering

what to do beyond flexing muscles... for me much of it lies in knowing

who we are in the cosmos... La Raza Cosmica! despues ACTION HERE NOW!

This Mexican band needs a L.A. booking agent. They provide a mixture of old popular Mexican and Mexican-rocka from some serious and mix-up kids. I like the bongo drummer with his two-handed  beat.
